How MA Digital Network collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
When you register, apply for admission or use the student portal, we collect the information needed to run your enrolment: your name, email address, phone number, city, the course you choose, your payment proofs, and — only if you apply for the Deserving Quota — the supporting documents you choose to share for scholarship review. We also keep learning records created by your activity, such as lesson progress, quiz results, assignment marks and attendance in live sessions.
Your information is used to create and manage your account, verify your email address, process admissions and scholarship decisions, record payments and issue receipts, deliver course content, mark assessments, issue certificates, and send you service emails — for example one-time verification codes, payment confirmations and class reminders. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Registration and password resets use one-time codes sent to your email. Codes expire quickly and are stored in hashed form. Our staff will never ask you for your password or a verification code — if anyone does, please report it through the Contact page.
Payments are currently made by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and you upload a screenshot or receipt as proof. Payment proofs are visible only to you and the admin team that verifies them. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.
Certificates carry a unique number and a QR code so employers can verify them. The public verification page shows only the holder's name, the course, the certificate number and whether the certificate is valid — it never shows contact details, payments or grades.
Success stories, names and photos are published only with the student's permission. You may ask us to remove your story at any time through the Contact page or a support ticket, and we will take it down.
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect forms against abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Access inside MA Digital Network is role-based: students see only their own records; instructors see the students and work of their own courses; scholarship reviewers see quota applications assigned for review; administrators see the records they need to operate the platform. Video lessons are delivered through a streaming provider using signed, expiring links.
We keep enrolment, payment and certificate records for as long as they are needed for verification and legal bookkeeping. You may request correction of your details, or deletion of your account, through the Contact page; certificate verification records are retained in minimal form so that issued certificates remain verifiable.
