The rules that apply when you learn with MA Digital Network. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
You must register with your own correct name and a working email address, and verify that email with the one-time code we send. One account is for one person: do not share your login, sell it, or let someone else use your portal. You are responsible for activity under your account, so keep your password private.
Submitting an application does not by itself confirm a seat. Admission is confirmed when your application is approved and your fee (or first installment) is verified, after which you receive your student serial number and course access. Seats in a batch are limited and are allotted in the order completed enrolments are received.
Scholarship decisions are made after document review and are final. Giving false information or forged documents in a quota application leads to cancellation of the scholarship and may cancel the enrolment itself. A scholarship applies to the course it was granted for and cannot be transferred to another person or converted to cash.
Course fees are shown on each course page before you apply. Fees are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa to the official accounts listed in your portal, and every payment must be uploaded as proof so it can be verified. If you pay in installments, the installments and due dates shown in your portal are part of this agreement; access may be paused when an installment stays unpaid past its due date until it is cleared. Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refund Policy.
Course videos, materials and recordings are licensed for your personal learning only. Downloading to redistribute, screen-recording for resale, uploading our content to other platforms, or sharing live-session links with non-students is not allowed and may end your access without a refund. From time to time, lessons may be updated or improved; the course you enrolled in remains available to you for its stated access period.
Quizzes, assignments and projects must be your own work. Copying another student's work or impersonation in an assessment can result in a zero mark and, in serious cases, removal from the course. Certificates are issued when the published completion criteria for a course are met, and each certificate carries a unique number and QR code for verification. MA Digital Network may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud.
Treat mentors, staff and fellow students with respect in live sessions, comments and support tickets. Harassment, abuse, spam or attempts to disrupt classes or the platform may lead to a warning, suspension or removal.
Job and internship listings are shared for students' benefit. MA Digital Network does not charge students for applying, and while we screen listings with reasonable care, the hiring decision and terms always rest with the employer.
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but maintenance, internet issues or provider outages can occasionally interrupt access. Recorded lessons remain available after such interruptions, and affected live sessions are rescheduled.
