Clear, simple rules for fee refunds at MA Digital Network. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
If you ask for a refund before the first session of your batch and you have not started the course content, the full fee you have paid is refunded.
If you withdraw within the first seven days after your batch starts, or after completing no more than the first module of the recorded course — whichever comes first — 75% of the fee paid is refunded.
After the first week, or after completing more than the first module, fees are not refundable. In genuinely exceptional cases (for example a serious medical emergency), the admin team may review a request on its merits — such reviews are discretionary and their decision is final.
If MA Digital Network cancels a course or batch entirely, every affected student receives a full refund of the fee paid for that course. If a batch is rescheduled, you may either move to the new dates at no cost or take a full refund.
The same rules apply to the amount you have actually paid. Future, unpaid installments are cancelled when a refund is approved — you never owe an installment for a course you have withdrawn from under this policy.
For Deserving Quota students, refunds are calculated on the discounted amount actually paid. A 100% scholarship enrolment has no fee payment and therefore no refund.
If you pay twice for the same course, or a transfer is sent to us by mistake, tell us through a support ticket with the payment proof. Verified duplicate or mistaken amounts are returned in full.
Open a support ticket from your student portal (or email info@madigitalnetwork.pk) with your student serial number, the course name and the reason for withdrawal. Once approved, the refund is sent to the same account or wallet the payment came from, within 14 working days, and you will receive a confirmation in your portal and by email.
A course for which a certificate has already been issued is treated as completed and is not refundable.
